At Stones & Studds, customer satisfaction is our priority. However, due to the nature of our products, we do not offer returns or refunds once an order has been placed.
Damaged or Defective Products:
We take utmost care in ensuring that your jewelry reaches you in perfect condition. In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective product, we are here to help.
To be eligible for a replacement:
1. You must provide an unboxing video with no cuts or edits, clearly showing the damaged product, within 24 hours of delivery.
2. Reach out to our support team at support@stonesnstudds.com with the unboxing video and your order details.
Important:
• Claims made without an unboxing video or after the 24-hour period will not be eligible for replacement.
• Once the video is reviewed and approved, we will process your replacement as soon as possible.
